The Luminys K54-4D1A2 LumiDeterrent Bundle provides a complete IP video surveillance solution for homes, offices, retail locations, warehouses and other properties requiring reliable around-the-clock monitoring.

The kit combines one Luminys R3 Starter Series 4-channel NVR with four 5MP LumiDeterrent turret network cameras. The components are designed to operate together within the Luminys ecosystem for straightforward deployment and reliable system compatibility.

4-Channel NVR With 2TB Storage

At the center of the system is the R31-4PB 4-channel NVR, equipped with four integrated PoE ports and a 2TB preinstalled hard drive.

The recorder supports camera recording resolutions up to 12MP, including 8MP, 6MP, 5MP, 4MP, 3MP and 1080p. Its HDMI output supports display resolutions up to 4K 3840 × 2160, while a separate VGA output supports up to 1920 × 1080.

The single SATA bay supports hard drives up to 20TB, giving customers room to expand storage when longer retention periods are required.

Four 5MP LumiDeterrent Turret Cameras

The kit includes four N3T-5DA2 5MP fixed turret network cameras.

Each camera records at up to 2960 × 1668 resolution at 20 FPS and uses a fixed 2.8 mm F1.6 lens.

The lens provides:

• 111° horizontal field of view
• 58° vertical field of view
• 132° diagonal field of view

That wide coverage makes the cameras suitable for entrances, driveways, parking areas, hallways, storefronts and other areas where broad visibility is important.

Active LumiDeterrent Technology

LumiDeterrent goes beyond passive video recording by combining video surveillance with active white-light and audible deterrence.

Each camera includes:

Luminys describes LumiDeterrent as combining full-color video, AI-assisted detection and active deterrence to help identify and respond to potential security events.

The cameras support Intelligent Motion Detection (iMD).

iMD analyzes activity and filters for human and vehicle targets, helping reduce unnecessary alarms caused by animals, lighting changes and unrelated moving objects. Detected events can also be saved and searched later for investigation or forensic review.

Each LumiDeterrent camera includes both infrared and white-light illumination.

The cameras can automatically switch between color, black-and-white and day/night operating modes depending on lighting conditions.

Wide Dynamic Range

The cameras feature 120 dB Wide Dynamic Range, helping preserve image detail in scenes with extreme differences between bright and dark areas.

Built-In Two-Way Audio

The turret cameras use a metal enclosure with both IP67 weather resistance and an IK10 vandal-resistance rating.

The cameras are rated for operation from approximately:

-40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C).

NDAA Compliant

Both the NVR and cameras are listed by Luminys as NDAA compliant. The camera also supports ONVIF Profile S/G/T interoperability, while the recorder supports ONVIF and RTSP.
